Dr. Dohil earned her medical degree from the prestigious Wilhelms University Muenster, Germany. Her postgraduate training included a residency in dermatology at the Teaching Hospital and Skin Center of the University of Witten-Herdecke, Germany. She completed her fellowship training in Pediatric Dermatology at British Columbia's Children's Hospital, Vancouver, Canada and at Children's Hospital San Diego and UCSD.
Dr. Dohil is an accomplished pediatric dermatologist and pediatric dermatological surgeon and laser surgeon. Her special interests include phototherapy of skin disease in children - atopic dermatitis and vitiligo in particular - and viral skin disease with a focus on warts and molluscum. She has published and presented her research internationally and continues to lead and co-lead many on-going clinical research trials at Children's Hospital and UCSD.
Dr. Dohil enjoys taking care of children and their families. She is fluent in German and Spanish.
